The Rev. Thomas A. (Tom) Momberg
The Rev. Thomas Momberg was born in Cincinnati, Ohio sixty-nine years ago. His father was transferred to Memphis in 1962, and he graduated from high school there before attending Brown University, where he earned an A.B. in ethnomusicology in 1971. After working in the property-casualty insurance business, he went to General Theological Seminary in New York City in 1983. Tom retired three years ago after serving in a variety of settings and roles, including experience as an interim, within Episcopal churches, hospitals, and a retirement community in both Eastern and Southern parts of the country. Tom is married to the Rev. Eyleen Farmer, who is now retired from Calvary Episcopal Church in downtown Memphis.
